I was at someone’s house. With someone. The dream started in the house. It was a huge house. Many of the walls had an interesting pattern. Like a maze (not really) horizontal and vertical lines. 6” or so, kind of like brush strokes almost evenly spaced. Maybe 1 inch wide. Maybe applied with a thick paint or even a spackle. So there was a 3d effect.. light hitting the wall causes shadows. As the light moves the walls appear to change.
The kitchen was also very artistic. One of the countertops was around 30-40 feet, black speckled marble. On this counter top are ceramic bowls. The one that caught my eye were the onion rings. They were about a foot in diameter and looked real. But it was a lighter brown so they weren’t colored as well-done but kind of undercooked.
Back to the living room wall maybe it’s not light reflecting in it, maybe theirs an internal source of light that is changing?
