News flash, that house that looks like mine in Placerville is undergoing some major changes. It appears like they are modifying it to accommodate ultra high density housing. I go over to the owners house. The house is on the side of a road with more traffic then mine. It’s an old man whose name I seemed to have forgotten. He seems kind of grumpy, he knows my name I cannot remember his. I’ll phrase things so he doesn’t notice. He lets me in.
Apparently the plan is to provide accommodations for 7 families. The den has chalk outlines where lots of walls will be built. Pretty tinny. Actually, his back yard is about a third larger than mine and there’s wood frames on the ground. They will be poaring concrete soon to make foundations. The frames are layered out that it’s hard for me to count but it could be 7
As I’m leaving in thinking a small house in the back, a room (or two since I didn’t check the other rooms for chalk outlines) in the main house, and maybe the rest of the house is a shared space. But where will people park?
