Fried chicken, similar to Louisiana fried chicken, each one on a stick. They weren’t like corn dogs, but the squewer was punching threw the middle to look like it was balancing the meat.
There were about eight of them the other end of the squeewer was punching into a loaf of bread. That loaf of bread was sitting at the bottom of a small bucket.
The appearance was the chickens were floating above the bucket in order to make them more appealing.
