Regarding Privacy: The todo list is being executed on an unsecured server. The FTP site (as far as I know) is password protected which means hackers are not likely to go in and delete the todo list file. On the other hand it seems like it would be rather easy for someone to find the ftp site and download the data files.
Even if a hacker could not figure out where the download site is located (and consequently download the data files and view their contents) someone could login to the system using YOUR username and YOUR password. Doing so would allow that hacker to see, and consequently manage YOUR todo list.
Also, since this page is hosted on an ISP, I cannot determine the downtime that may occur to the ISP or the ISP's Internet connection. I can say, I will make frequent data backup's and will be able to restore information whenever it is possible for me to connect to the internet.
