Bob Packwood, Newt Gingrich and Bill Clinton all decide to visit the Emerald City. When they stand before the great OZ, he asks Newt what he wants. Newt replies, "I want a heart, O Great One."
The Great One turns to Clinton and asks, "What do you want?" Clinton replies, "Why, I want a brain."
Finally, Oz turns to Packwood and asks, "Mr. Packwood, what do yoy want?"
To, which Packwood replies. "Say, where's Dorothy?
