A cockroach showed up at a guy's door, pushed its way in, and proceeded to pummel the man until he was lying covered in bruises, gasping for air.
The man went to the emergency ward at his local hospital to be treated. When the man finally got in to see a doctor, he wildly gestured to speak and was interrupted by the doctor, "Yeah, I know what you're gonna say. There's a nasty bug going around."
