A man was walking down the road one day next to a mental hospital. The patients were enjoying the outdoors. The first patient that he came in contact with was sitting on the ground in a seated position with his legs extended in front of him and he hands and arms were positioned as if he were driving a car. He walked on a little further where he encountered the second patient. The second patient asked the man if had seen that man just a little earlier to which the man answered yes. The patient said, "That man's crazy.
He thinks he's driving a car." The man then asked the second patient, "why are you up in that tree?" "I don't want to get run over," replied the second patient.
