I remember my dad telling about the first time the old Indian saw a man riding a bicycle. He just shrugged in disgust and said, "White man plenty lazy. Even have to sit down to walk!"
Or the story about the chinaman who had come to work on the railraods. After his first time in an American bar he stepped out and looking at one of his friends said, "These white men are strange. They take a glass and put ice in it to make it cold, whiskey in it to make it hot, sugar in it to make it sweet and lemon in it to make it sour. Then they say, 'Here's to you' and drink it themselves!"
