No really...have you heard this one?
A man goes to the hospital but theuy send him home with jar and tell him to return the following week with a sperm sample
The man returns with the empty jar and says to the doctor.
"I tried with my left hand, I tried it with my right hand, I had my wife try to help me out, and then we even got the grandkids involved. But no matter how we tried...none of us...none of us...could get that damn jar open."
