Please answer the questions presented below. Pressing the Submit button will cause the contents of this form to be emailed to me. I will take this message and create a link in the Hotel stack.

The form itself is designed to record information about one accommodation per submission. If you would like to post many accommodations into the directory (or any other list we track), and can submit that information in the form of a database, send a message to Mark@TheCoffeePlace.com who will be glad to setup some sort of database import utility to simplify the process.

Please be as complete as possible. Any fields left blank will not be displayed on the web page.

** If you enter a city that is not listed, the city list will be updated to accommodate your entry.
