Add an Event to the List

Please answer the questions presented below. Pressing the Submit button will cause the contents of this form to be emailed to me. I will post the message into the Calendar.

Only enter events that are open to everybody interested. For example a computer show is open to anybody, a boy scout jamboree is only open to boy scouts. It would be inappropriate to list a boy scout jamboree.

The form itself is designed to record information about one event per submission (Although, the event could occur over several days). If you would like to post many events into the calendar (or any other list we track), and can submit that information in the form of a table or database, send a message to Mark@TheCoffeePlace.com who will be glad to setup some sort of import utility to simplify the entry process.

Please be as complete as possible. Any fields left blank will not be displayed on the web page.

Enter the Name of the Event
** If multiple events are to be listed in this city at the same time, make sure the names are distinct.
Enter a Description of the Event
Enter the date the event will be held.
Use a format like 09/15/1998 (mm/dd/yyyy)
If this event will be held across a range of dates use a format like 09/15/1998-09/30/1998
If this event will be held across several ranges of dates, use a format like 09/15/1998-09/30/1998, 10/01/1998-10/02/1998

Multiple will be split into individual calender entries.
Enter the City where the Event is held.
** This is used as a grouping mechanism within the Country-State page
** If you enter a city that is not listed in the current calendar, it will be added to the list to accommodate your entry.
Enter the Country and State where the Event is held. Use a format like USA - CALIFORNIA
** This is used as the primary sort - A page will be created for each different Country/State entered.
Enter the Address where the Event is held.
** Supply the address including city, state and zipcode information
Enter Web address where a websurfer can surf for additional information.
** Use a complete web address like http://www.thecoffeeplace.com
Enter an Email Address that a websurfer can use to send Email (For example mark@thecoffeeplace.com)
Enter any additional information that should be posted on this page.
** As this questionnaire expands, information in this field will be moved to any applicable new fields.
